Returns & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering errors.

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Color variation due to screen display differences
  • Minor variations that are part of the production process

All sales are considered final unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
